Comments: Chibi Utena in a kimono! ^_^ Too cute! She's huggable! Pink in a good way. As controversal as some of the Utena artwork is, the chibis are so cute. Especially little chibi Saionji with his agitated expressions. Chuchu's always getting the better of him. I'm rambling again. XD

She's probably my second favorite anime character ever (Kaworu Nagisa is #1, and Sailor Saturn is #3). And as scary as it may seem, this was my first skin ever. By the way, I am aware of how pink it is. XD
